RLH invested in ITS Corporation to provide liquidity for the retiring
founder / CEO and to serve as a financial partner to the incumbent
management team for the next phase of the Company’s growth. ITS
provides a variety of technical services to federal agencies including the
Departments of Defense and Homeland Security, the Department of the
Interior, and the intelligence community. RLH assisted in the recruitment
of the new CEO and provided capital, analysis, and advice to facilitate
the Company’s acquisition of several complementary businesses.
Today, ITS is part of a leading UK-based defense technology company.
