RLH invested in Silverado to provide growth capital. Silverado develops
and manages residential communities, and offers home care and hospice
services, for individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease. RLH has
assisted the Company in determining and maintaining an optimal pace of
growth, structuring its real estate capital requirements, and devising
supplemental service offerings.
