Riordan, Lewis & Haden | Equity Partners LLC. (RLH) collects personal and business information when you register with RLH. RLH may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies. When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, industry, and title.
RLH uses information for the following general purposes: to contact you, respond to your survey request, provide regular updates and information about RLH, conduct research, send you invitations to events and webinars.
RLH does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you, your company, or companies you may refer to RLH with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
We provide your information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with RLH under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help RLH communicate with you about updates and upcoming events from RLH. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of RLH's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
Legal Notice
Completion and submission of a survey on the RLH Online Network does not create any agreement, obligation, understanding, commitment to invest, joint venture, partnership, hiring or agreement to pay commissions or compensation in any way by RLH. RLH follows a documented investment criteria when considering surveys submitted on RLHequity.com, and companies failing to meet such investment criteria will not be considered eligible for investment consideration or investment of any kind by RLH. RLH also expressly reserves the right to reject any applicant in its sole discretion, regardless of whether such applicant meets RLH’s documented investment criteria and expressly disclaims any liability as a result hereof. RLH further disclaims any legal liability, obligation or agreement of RLH as a result of any party completing and submitting an online survey on the RLH Online Network or any subsequent discussions with the applicant after RLH has reviewed its completed survey. It is the sole discretion of RLH about how, under what terms and with whom RLH may from time to time elect to invest (and as to any commissions or compensation that may be paid or payable to any party by virtue of RLH’s election to so invest). Any decision as to whether RLH may invest, and the terms upon which RLH may invest (including with respect to any related commissions or compensation), will in all cases be subject to negotiation, execution and delivery of definitive investment documents by RLH with respect to the investment.

RLH may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address specified in your RLH Online Network registration or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
