Joe has over 30 years of experience within the health care sector. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Advisors of Rand Health and is a member of three publically traded health care companies. In the past, Joe was the CEO of Protocare, Inc. and American Health Properties and the Chairman of the Board of the UCLA Medical Center. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and received both a JD and BS from the University of Minnesota.
