Tony brings more than 35 years of public accounting and business
advisory experience. As a former partner at Arthur Andersen and Ernst
& Young, specializing in high technology and retail consumer products,
Tony’s expertise includes SEC filings, development of systems to handle
growth, strategy planning, profit improvement, managing internal audit
outsourcing and assisting with the development of business plans.
Tony is currently the Executive Director with CNM, an accounting and
consulting firm based in Woodland Hills, California. He also serves as
the chairman of the Audit Committee of InTouch Technologies and as
a board member of the Surfrider Foundation.
On the weekend. Tony enjoys boating, surfing and spending time with
his family.
