David M. Connell. Mr. Connell serves on the Boards of maxIT, Creative Circle and IntriPlex Technologies and served on the Board and was President of Data Processing Resources Corporation from 1994 to 1999. He is also the Managing Partner at Cornerstone Corporate Partners, which he founded in 1998. From 1985 through 1993, Mr. Connell was engaged by Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in the following assignments: Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Decision Systems, a subsidiary of Decision Data Corporation, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of World Communications, and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Specialized Mortgage Services.
