Joseph P. Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan currently serves on the Board of Cymetrix. He is also the Chairman of the Board of RAND Health, the largest nonprofit institution dedicated to shaping private and public sector responses to emerging health policy issues. Previously, Mr. Sullivan served as Chairman and CEO of Protocare and American Health Properties (―AHP‖). Prior to joining AHP, he was an investment banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co. for 20 years. He is also presently the Chairman of the Board of the UCLA Medical Center.
