Joseph P. Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan currently serves on the Board of Cymetrix. He is also (i) Chairman of the Board of Advisors of RAND Health, the
largest non-profit source of objective analysis and effective solutions for improving health, (ii) a member of the Board of HCP Inc., the largest healthcare REIT, and (iii) a Board member of CIGNA and Amylin Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Mr. Sullivan served as Chairman and CEO of Protocare, a clinical trials and pharmaceutical consulting firm, and of American Health Properties, a publicly traded healthcare REIT. Prior to joining AHP, he was an investment banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co. for two decades. He is also the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Advisors of the UCLA Medical Center.
