Murray E. Rudin, Managing Director. Prior to joining RLH in 1998, Mr. Rudin was Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Development of Voxel, a medical imaging company. Previously, from 1990 to 1993, he was a principal of Valley National Investors, Inc., a private equity fund based in Phoenix. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Rudin practiced law at Riordan & McKinzie, specializing in advising private equity funds (including RLH) and their portfolio companies with respect to corporate securities transactions such as private placements, leveraged recapitalizations and public offerings. He received a B.S. in electrical engineering, summa cum laude, from the University of Rochester and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. Mr. Rudin is currently a member of the board of directors of Cymetrix, InstallerEdge and CyberCoders and was previously a member of the Board of six other RLH portfolio companies. Mr. Rudin is also currently a member of the Trustees’ Visiting Committee of the Hajim School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Rochester.
