Michel has been in the private equity industry for over twenty years. Previous to RLH, he was a managing director of two private equity firms with a total of over $1 billion under management. He focuses on high value-added manufacturing, specialty distribution and financial services. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Swarthmore College where he won an NCAA team tennis title. Michel also earned an MBA from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (Paris).
