When we partnered with Cymetrix, it was a successful fast growing revenue cycle services business. Its services helped hospitals improve their cash flow and thereby direct more funds toward the mission of improving patient health. But Cymetrix’s team had a vision – what if the services they provided at all the individual steps in the revenue cycle could be combined into a single comprehensive offering?
We strongly supported Cymetrix’s multi-year initiative to be a pioneer in comprehensive revenue cycle outsourcing for hospitals. With a conservative balance sheet, the company was able to devote considerable resources to developing this market-leading capability. Along the way, we introduced management to two of RLH’s strategic advisors with relevant experience and proven success who added their ideas to the mix.
Not only did the company create a powerful new solution for hospitals, but Cymetrix wrapped a layer of proprietary software around their entire revenue cycle services offering. The result: hospital executives with both improved cash flow and real time visibility into their billing and collection performance.
