RLH Promotions and Team Additions

RLH is pleased to announce that, over the past 12 months, the firm has recognized the sizable contributions of two long-time team members with promotions to Managing Director and has added two new members to its roster of investment professionals.

Kevin Cantrell, who leads the firm’s investment activities in the government services sector and is also very active in the business services sector, has become a Managing Director.  He has been instrumental in the success of federal services portfolio companies ITS Corporation and Secure Mission Solutions, and is currently on the Board of consulting firms Clarity Solution Group and Inspirage.  Kevin, who holds an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University, started his career with five years of private equity and investment banking experience prior to joining RLH.  More about Kevin can be found at http://www.rlhequity.com/team/kevin-d-cantrell/

Rob Rodin, who has worked with RLH and its portfolio companies for a decade as an Operating Professional, has become a Managing Director of the firm.  His expertise in go-to-market strategy, competitive differentiation, and corporate positioning has helped RLH portfolio companies across a wide variety of industry sectors achieve great success.  Earlier in his career, Rob was CEO of Marshall Industries, which he led through a 15+ year period of rapid growth in size and value – a journey that was later chronicled in his book, “Free, Perfect and Now”.  More about Rob can be found at http://www.rlhequity.com/team/rob-rodin/

Navid Gharavi and Stefan Jensen are the two newest members of RLH’s investment team, each of whom joined the firm as a Vice President.  Navid is a recent MBA graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and brings to RLH over 8 years of professional experience across private equity, investment banking, and operating management roles.    Stefan joined RLH with 6 years of professional experience, divided almost equally between work in private equity and in investment banking (where he focused on the business services sector).  He is a graduate with distinction of the University of Iowa with dual degrees in Finance and Economics.
