This information may be disclosed in the Subscription Agreement for our Funds and related documents, as well as potentially in correspondence and conversations with employees of our firm.
We do not disclose any of this non‐public personal information about our Investors to anyone, other than to our employees who need to know such information, and to our attorneys, auditors, tax advisors, accountants, and regulators to the extent necessary to facilitate the management of our relationship with you and to comply with laws. We will also release nonpublic personal information about you if you direct us to do so, if compelled to do so by law, or in connection with any government or self‐regulatory organization request or investigation.
We seek to carefully safeguard your private information and, to that end, restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those of our employees and other persons who need to know the information to enable us and the Funds to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.
Information We Disclose to Affiliated Third Parties: We disclose the following information to affiliated third parties: Tax ID info. The affiliated third parties to whom we disclose this information include: Wishnow, Ross, Warsavsky & Company.
Former Clients: If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive investor, we will adhere to our privacy policies, which may be amended from time to time.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy: In the event there were to be a material change to our privacy policy regarding how we use your confidential information, we will provide written notice to you.
