Professional Services Valuation Scorecard
This assessment evaluates your business across four areas fundamental to building a valuable professional services firm: Strategy, Financial, Delivery, and Team. For each question, move the slider to the position that best reflects your business today. The endpoints represent opposite ends of a spectrum — from characteristics that limit growth and enterprise value to those found in best-in-class firms. Honest answers produce the most useful results. Your score is revealed once you finish; mark any question that doesn’t apply as not applicable.
